Why choose us?

Hi, my name is Rene. I have been running Singapore city explorers ( previously Singapore Urban Adventures ) for almost 10 years. I have personally conducted thousands of tours to many satisfied customers ( see my reviews on tripadvisors )

Since 2024, we have transition to doing only private tours to give our customer a more personalised service as compared to the more generic larger group tours provided by most of our competitors.

I am a solo guest, Can I book the tour?

As this is a private tour with min 2 pax to go. You wil have to pay the min requirement to engage us.

Is transport provided?

No, but all our tour venues are located at easy to access area. So you can come by public transport if you choose to .

What is your plan if it rains?

Rain in Singapore is normally short lived. So we can normal wait and resume once it stops. We also provide poncho if you need one. However, if the weather is inclement at the start. We will postphone the tour or refund you if no alternative dates can be establsihed. ( last resort )

What is the max number of people per group for the tour?

This is a private tour with a min of 2 pax to go. We normally limit to 10 pax for a more personal touch. However, special arrangements can be made upon discussion.

What does your tour includes?

Our bike tours includes, bike, mineral water, poncho and light refreshments while our food tours includes all food and non-alcoholic beverage. ( full meal not food sampling ) So just relax and make youself available. Remember to come hungry when you are on our food tour.

Can I join the food tour if I am vegan or have special requirements?

No problem, just let us know your requirements in advance and we will make the neccessary arrangements. However, due to the nature of hawker food. Your food choices may be limited So it's better to discuss before you book the tour.

Is there any age limit to the tours?

For our bike tours the min age is 10 years old.

What happen after I booked the tour?

After you have successfully paid for the tour. You should receive a confirmation on your booking with details on the meeting place. Please feel free to email or whatsapp us live if you have any queries.

Can I cancel my bookings at anytime?

You can cancel your booking 24 hours in advance and get a full refund.

What if I have more questions or need a more personalised tour?
